The Traditional and most effective method for learning Ashtanga, originating in Mysore, India. The teacher moves around the room, working one-to-one with each student, guiding you through the Ashtanga Yoga system - The experience is like having a private lesson in a group setting. You will receive lots of hands on help and you will never be out of your depth in the hands of Peter and his team. Absolute beginners to Advanced practitioners welcome. No booking necessary.

Doors open from 4.45pm - 7pm afternoons,  8.45am - 11am mornings. Beginners allow 1 hour for your practice within these timings.


Next course starting October 31, 2017 - Runs over 6 consecutive Tuesday evenings

A 6 class course designed to introduce you to the basic principles of Ashtanga - bringing breath and movement together in a gentle guided class. If you don't feel quite ready to jump straight in to Mysore-Style, this is a nurturing Ashtanga beginning. We will take our time getting you started and address any questions along the way.
